Our Policies

We strive to achieve every comfort for our guests at the Maison. All our efforts are meant to provide our guests with a holiday as social, or as private as they wish. 


Our nightly rates include:  


A locally sourced breakfast served between 8 – 10 in the morning.

* One complimentary welcome drink, as well as one complimentary happy hour drink and snack per person.  Please note the legal drinking age in France is 18.

Reservations

Reservations may be made online, or emailing the Maison at [email protected] . All room rates are confirmed at the time of reservation. For whole house rental, please contact us directly for pricing and availability. 

Minimum Night Stays

A two-night minimum is required for all special events, ex. Fete Henri IV

Room Occupancy and Taxes

Our lodging rates are based on 1 room with a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. We are required to add 10% TVA per room, along with .80€ per person/ night tourism tax to all room rates. Prices shown are inclusive of the 10% TVA already.

Deposits, Balance, and Cancellation

Reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation on the day of the booking. The balance will be charged to the credit card on file 7 days prior to arrival, any cancellations prior to this date will receive a full refund. 

Acceptable Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and must always have a valid credit card
number on file. Gift certificates are considered a form of payment with acceptance of the policies. 

Children

We are not set up to receive children, nor infants. Young adults over 16 years of age are welcome to stay with their parents, and they are required to occupy their own bedroom. 

Animals

While we are animal lovers, we do not allow animals to visit, nor to stay at the Maison

No Open Flame, No Smoking

In care for comfort and safety of our guests, we require all interior spaces of the Maison to be entirely smoke free. The use of cigarettes, cigars, e cigarettes, vaping devices is not permitted inside the Maison. Noncompliance will result in a 250€ cleaning charge to be added to your bill. Smoking
is permitted in the designated areas at the exterior of the Maison, as well as the garden.

Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of our Maison, and we spend a great deal of time there working on new recipes, etc. While centrally located in the Maison, the kitchen is reserved for staff use only. The guests are not permitted to operate the appliances, nor utilize the storage. We will be happy to store any gourmet articles in our satellite refrigerator for our guests during their stay with us.

Check In / Check Out

We welcome new arrivals from the hours of 16:00-21:00. Check out is by 11:00. For anything outside of these hours please contact us to check availability. We do offer luggage storage for up to 12 hours on the day of your departure and arrival.

Electric Vehicle Charger

We are committed to providing convenient and sustainable amenities for our guests. We offer a rapid charging station and standard plug in options. To be respectful to all our guests please limit use of the charging stations to 8 hours per day. The charging station with be available on a first come, first served basis unless reserved prior to your stay. The fee for charging is 20€ per use. The charging station is to only be used by guests staying with us. The user of the charging station bears the sole risk and agrees to follow all policies.
